Who We Are
The Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF) is a youth-driven movement founded in 2024 to empower Namibian youth across oil & gas, renewables and emerging energy fields. NYEF builds a sustainable, inclusive energy future by equipping young people with knowledge, skills and opportunities through workshops, innovation challenges and policy engagement.
Our values: Education, Innovation, Inclusion. NYEF achieved formal engagement with the Office of the President and a strategic partnership with Namibia Oil and Gas — becoming Namibia's most active youth energy platform within one year.
Our Focus Areas →To empower Namibian youth to be active participants and leaders in the energy transition. We create platforms for learning, networking, and direct contribution to policy and industry development, ensuring the next generation drives Namibia's sustainable energy future.

An exclusive dialogue on the role of youth in Namibia's Green Hydrogen strategy. Limited seats available.
Launch of the N$10 million Youth Energy Fund to support youth and SMEs with grants, training and infrastructure projects in ports and towns such as Lüderitz and Walvis Bay.
